Art exhibition: A Million Dreams is All it's Gonna Take, by Brian Adams Location: Hugh McPeck Gallery (Student Union, Upper Level) Show dates: Sept. 9-26, 2019
Opening reception: Monday, Sept. 9, 5-7 p.m.
The Hugh McPeck Gallery presents Brian Adams's show A Million Dreams is All it's Gonna Take. Brian's show brings awareness to the amazing accomplishments of humans in space. This selection of Brian's work aims to demystify and humanize our efforts to explore the cosmos. Sculpture and drawings from the majority of Brian's student career will be showcased.
Brian has had pieces accepted in the Hugh McPeck Gallery's signature spring show, the Juried Student Art Show, including the 2019 exhibit, where he was awarded Best in Ceramics. Brian is an art student at UAA, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree, and will be graduating in 2019.
Admission to the Hugh McPeck Gallery is always free.
