Free gaming at UAA ESPORTS Lounge during soft launch; grand opening set for Oct. 7, 2019

Exciting news! A recreational ESPORTS lounge is opening in the UAA Student Union. The UAA ESPORTS Lounge will open with a soft launch on Monday, Aug. 26, 2019 at Noon. The ESPORTS Lounge will be open from Monday-Sunday, Noon-8 p.m.

The lounge will feature 18 PCs, two console stations and a table-top gaming area for all who are interested in gaming. The computers and consoles will be free to use for student, faculty and staff during the soft launch period while we are testing all of the equipment. (Please note that in order to play on the PCs, you must register for an account the first time you visit.)

We look forward to the official opening and ribbon-cutting during Homecoming Week on Monday, Oct. 7, 2019.
