Provide feedback on strategic planning report; comments requested by Nov. 27, 2019

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to ask for your feedback on the report and recommendations on the process for UAA's next institution-wide strategic plan. I had planned to launch this in early fall but put the initiative on pause due to uncertainty regarding our structure.

Now that the University of Alaska Board of Regents has affirmed the three-university structure for the foreseeable future, I feel comfortable going forward with this initiative.

Please disregard the timelines in this report. We know we need to adjust them. Please provide any feedback, comments or suggestions regarding the remainder of the report and recommendations.

I want to again thank the exploratory group for their fine work on this report.
