UAA/ADN Creative Writing Contest open to UAA students; entries due Feb. 12, 2020

The UAA/Anchorage Daily News Creative Writing Contest is accepting entries, and the deadline is Feb. 12 at 5 p.m.
This is a free contest with no entry fees. Categories are fiction, nonfiction and poetry for grades K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and the general public (including UAA students). There are over $800 in cash prizes available. For contest guidelines and submissions, go to adn.com/creativewritingcontest.
UAA students and their families are encouraged to enter, though UAA faculty and staff are not eligible to enter.
