Attend an on-site educational workshop on financial wellness

by UA Human Resources  |

The University of Alaska is offering a pilot program on financial wellness through Securian Financial, at no cost to you. We're starting the program in Anchorage and will evaluate offering it in other locations. There will be one-on-one meetings in the morning, and two group sessions in the afternoon. Registration information follows.

If you are concerned about money, you are not alone. Nationwide, employees report that financial stress is their top concern — well above concerns about physical health, relationships or work.

The University of Alaska has connected with Securian Financial to offer on-site educational sessions and individual one-on-one conversations that provide actionable steps for money management and a secure retirement.
