It's Mardi Gras! Join us to celebrate during dinner service at Creekside Eatery on Tuesday, Feb. 25. Featuring a traditional New Orleans meal. Chef Bridger will prepare jambalaya, dirty rice (vegan), vegetable etoufee (vegan), corn maque choux and brabant potatoes; Chef Marnie will prepare pecan pralines and beignets; and there will also be a DIY bananas foster station.
