Amy Johnson will be giving a lecture Tuesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. via Zoom!
Johnson is a multi-disciplinary artist who combines contemporary art and craft to explore the balance between what is real and what is not. She trusts her intuition and experimental tendencies to reconcile the battle between trying to be perfect and the beauty of imperfection.
Her work reflects her life and what surrounds her: cultural expectations for women, living in the north, landscape, isolation and unfamiliarity.
