Congratulations to Staff Recognition Award Honoree Junland Navarro

Junland Navarro works as the Therapeutic Lab Coordinator in the Health, Physical Education & Recreation Department. Junland single-handedly negotiated a contract with an outside vendor for emergency responders, which not only facilitated community relations but also positively affected his Department’s budget. No less important is the fact that this contract provides necessary practicum experience for upper-level students. Junland work so hard to contribute to the success of UAA students! You are an extraordinary asset to HPER because of your enthusiasm, dedication, and aptitude for picking up new tasks. Your willingness to support the Team at all times (during a coworker’s absence or when others are overtasked) does not go unnoticed — and is greatly appreciated.
