Join the Wellness BINGO Challenge for chance to win great prizes!

Are you having trouble staying motivated or taking the time to focus on your wellness? Does accomplishing even the smallest task on your list avoid getting done? This upcoming month, Kinesiology student Alyssa Evanchuck has created a Wellness BINGO Challenge with the UAA Employee Wellness program for everyone to participate in! Join us for Knockout November and accomplish something each day that puts the emphasis on you, your body and mind. One or two tasks completed each day are allowed and will put you on a steady path to win a prize! This awesome memento will be a reminder of the month where you were dedicated to achieving your own needs!
You will have a choice between three different wellness-focused BINGO cards:
- Mind Matters BINGO - wellness activities focused on your mental health
- Wholesome BINGO - a holistic approach to your wellness activities
- Fit & Fun BINGO - a BINGO card focused on fitness, nutrition, and getting the body moving
Prizes will include the following:
- Coloring book: Complete one row of wellness activities.
- Wellness T-shirt: Complete all activities on your BINGO card for a black-out OR complete one row of wellness activities and posting pictures or videos of you performing those activities to social media using #uaawellnesschallenge.
- Chance to win a discounted chiropractor card to Aline Alaska Chiropractics: Complete one row of wellness activities and posting pictures or videos of you performing activities to social media using #uaawellnesschallenge.
*Those who complete one row of wellness activities and posts pictures or videos of you performing those wellness activities to social media using #uaawellnesschallenge will receive a T-shirt and be entered for the drawing for the Chiropractic card.
The deadline to sign-up is Friday, Oct. 30. Wellness BINGO Challenge dates are Nov. 4 through Nov. 25.
