The Alaska Native Science & Engineering Program’s (ANSEP) Acceleration Academy, ANSEP’s fulltime component for Anchorage and Mat-Su students in grades 9 through 12, finished the semester with 83 students earning 610 university credits and a successful credit completion rate of 85%. In partnership with the Anchorage and Matanuska-Susitna Borough School Districts, Acceleration Academy students take university courses for dual credit and can go from eighth grade to a BS STEM degree in five years. Congratulations to all the students and the ANSEP team in overcoming the challenges of COVID!
