Call for Abstracts: Western Alaska Interdisciplinary Science Conference

The Western Alaska Interdisciplinary Science Conference and Forum invites researchers to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations at the WAISC 2021 conference, which will be held online, May 13–14. The conference will feature discussions, networking opportunities and talks on a range of topics including climate change, water and soil, sustainable energy, rural education, local arts and culture, and more.
This is an opportunity to share your work in Western Alaska with colleagues and the Bristol Bay region. We welcome abstracts on empirical or theoretical work related to Western Alaska from any scientific discipline.
This event is hosted by the University of Alaska Fairbanks Bristol Bay Campus and Alaska Sea Grant.
