It’s all right here this fall

Hi Seawolves:

I am so excited to welcome you to campus this fall! The Student Engagement and Inclusion staff will have a number of campus activities for you to be part of, to meet fellow Seawolves, and to create your place at UAA. These activities will be hosted in a variety of ways, including 100% virtual, in-person, and hybrid. You can join us for an event, get involved in a student organization, be a part of student government, write for the university newspaper, join an intramural team or play a game in the UAA Esports Lounge. There are so many ways to engage as a student at UAA! 

Student organizations want you to be a part of their community. They will be hosting opportunities both virtually and in-person so you can find a club or organization for you. These organizations are wonderful ways for you to get involved and connected to campus within your academic major, personal interests and socially. You can meet many at Campus Kickoff or you can visit UAALife to find an organization for you. Our staff in Student Organization Services is here to help you connect with your interests and passions outside the classroom. 

I hope to see you in-person at Campus Kickoff on Aug. 21, 2021 at the Alaska Airlines Center from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., where there will be over 100 booths, food trucks, games, prizes and performers.
