Oct. 1 is Alaska Manufacturing Day

Governor Mike Dunleavy recently issued a proclamation recognizing Oct. 1, 2021, as Alaska Manufacturing Day. This day is meant to recognize and celebrate the manufacturers of Alaska and how they benefit the communities.
UAA is proud to support Alaska manufacturing through the Alaska Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), which equips Alaska’s manufacturers with the tools and resources necessary to improve the quality, productivity and competitiveness of their operations.
