Safety Awareness Month: Safety on Campus

Safety is a top priority for the university. You can play a role to help maintain a safe campus for everyone. Helpful resources to know:

UAA Care Team
See someone on campus with concerning behavior? If you would like to advocate for the wellness of a student who may be distressed, disturbed, overwhelmed, displaying difficulty expressing their emotions or engaging in concerning behavior, please submit an advocacy form and a Care Team member will provide outreach to them.

Locked yourself out of your car? Battery dead? Wish you didn't have to walk somewhere alone? Call the Call Team!

Evacuation drills will be happening September 13-17th. Please exit the building immediately through the nearest exit and meet your office or class group at the Emergency Assembly Area.

Emergency "Blue Lights" around campus connect you directly to the University Police. Use in case help is needed including if you see something unsafe or to report if there is wildlife on campus.
