IT Switchboard Operator - Job 517808
The Switchboard Operator position represents IT Services and UAA by serving as the preliminary contact for all incoming calls to the University of Alaska Anchorage switchboard. This position is responsible for answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner and assisting with front-desk and administrative duties at the IT Services office as necessary. Successful candidates will contribute to a positive working environment, provide friendly customer service to all callers and visitors to the department, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
