Guided Conversations

Navigating new opportunities or conflict at work can be challenging. HR would like to invite you to the upcoming “Guided Conversation” sessions to help connect you to your largest work resource, your peers! These participant-led sessions are held to offer employees an avenue to share in your successes and collaborate in areas of opportunity with your co-workers.

These will be conversations, not trainings. Please come with ideas that pertain to you or your team that "fit" the topics below and an open mind. We look forward to chatting with you.

  • Managing COVID and Remote Work in Your Department (Oct. 22 for supervisors; Oct. 27 for employees)
  • Conducting Meaningful Conversations (Nov. 4 for supervisors; Nov. 16 for employees)
  • Performance Management - Managing Your Own or Others Performance (Dec. 2 for supervisors; Dec. 3 for employees)
