Our one-credit Cheese + Wine class (CA A490) is one of our most popular classes in the Culinary Arts! Anyone can sign up for these types of classes, they are open to the public and non-degree seeking students. Riza Brown will guide you through six, three-hour classes of international wine and cheese pairing, plating and presentation, and most importantly, TASTING.
*Must be 21 to take this course.
