Performance evaluations are designed to engage supervisors and employees about performance expectations and to provide coaching and support to align with both individual and departmental goals in concert with the University of Alaska mission.
The UA Human Resources team is providing performance management tool and best practices learning sessions. Labor and employee engagement specialist Kelley Lassey will be facilitating sessions from March to June. Please register through the myUA employee services dashboard learning library to attend training via Zoom. Training information will be sent to registrants the day of the training.
