Mark Carr, Ph.D. (Providence Hospital), Whose Conscience? What Service?
State and federally licensed, faith-based health care corporations invoke conscientious refusal in some limited situations of service to the public. We will explore if and how a corporation can invoke their conscience and what effect that has on the public it serves.
