Econ Club Guest Speaker: Katie Berry from McKinley Research Group

Katie Berry will be the guest speaker at the Econ Club's next meeting on Monday, April 18, 4-5:30 p.m. in Rasmuson Hall, Room 101.
About the speaker
Economist Katie Berry joined McDowell Group in March 2017. Katie holds Master’s degrees
in Economics and Finance from the University of Wyoming. As a Teacher’s Assistant
for the Economics and Finance Department, she led discussions for the Financial Markets
& Institutions class and supported instruction of the Behavioral Finance and Banking
Management & Policy classes. Katie recently returned to Anchorage, where she was born
and raised. Outside of the office, she enjoys travel and outdoor recreation. Her presentation
will be related to the work she has done as an economist in Alaska and also about
current projects she is working on. There will be opportunities to ask questions,
so please come and participate in our discussions!
