Please describe a program, event or initiative that you would love to implement in your first year as the Engagement & Belonging Coordinator. Please include the following:

• Your program development process including theories & best practices.
• How it will serve a specific group or groups of students with marginalized identities.
• Intended impact and how you hope to evaluate that impact.
