The inspiring story of Title IX, "37 Words," documents the hard fought battle to push for equal rights in education and athletics. Commemorating the 50th anniversary of Title IX, this docuseries illustrates the ways in which this landmark legislation increased opportunities in American culture and in the lives of women. Before Title IX, one in 27 girls played sports. Today, that number is two in five. The name of the series refers to the word count of Title IX of the Education Amendment Act, signed into law in 1972. This series is a MUST SEE, and can be found on any streaming platform with ESPN to include Hulu, Sling, Fubo, Disney, ESPN+.
