Progress Reports Launch Week 2 of Semester

by Green & Gold News  |

Dear Students,

Happy Start to Fall Semester! We hope the beginning of the semester has found you excited and ready to delve into your academic studies this fall. We want to let you know about our Progress Reports that may be making their way to you.

Every semester, the Office of Student Success partners with our faculty to initiate alerts called “Progress Reports.” These reports are notices designed to help keep you on track during the semester, and let us know if you may need some support.

Faculty who submit these alerts care deeply about you, and want to see you succeed. You may see emails come your way, or you may get contacted by someone in Academic Affairs following up on an alert. I encourage you to respond to these folks. They can help you think through a plan for the semester and connect you to UAA resources!

If you are concerned that you receive a Progress Report, please reach out and let us know. Our goal is to make sure you and your professor are on the same page about your progress in class. If you have any other questions pop up, you can always contact me at jcbruner@alaska.edu.

We’re excited to have you back in the classroom, and I wish you the best of luck in Fall Semester.

Best,
Joe Bruner
Student success Coordinator
