FREE Mental Health First Aid Training

Join Alaska AHEC Friday, Oct. 14, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 1901 Bragaw Basement Room B17, for a free 8-hour,Mental Health First Aid training. This trainig teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders, and gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care.
