On pace to break school records and hunting their third straight NCAA Tournament berth, seniors Eve Stephens and Ellen Floyd were named Friday to the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Preseason Volleyball All-Conference Team.

Eve Stephens had 12 kills and fellow senior Ellen Floyd tallied 27 assists, seven kills and three aces Saturday as the Alaska Anchorage volleyball team made its 2022 debut with a 25-19, 25-13, 25-18 exhibition victory over the Seawolf Alumni at the Alaska Airlines Center.

For the 2022-2023 academic year, annual and semester parking permits will be discounted by 25%.

Seawolf Dining and Catering's hours will resume August 29 for the fall semester.

Led by nine 4.0s, the Alaska Anchorage gymnastics team produced the second-highest team grade-point average among the nation’s 81 college programs in 2021-22, as the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association announced its annual WCGA Scholastic All-America awards Wednesday.
