Native Student Services, in partnership with Native Movement, will be screening the film "Two Soft Things, Two Hard Things" on Wednesday, March 8, from 6-7:30 p.m. in Rasmuson Hall, Room 101.

"Two Soft Things, Two Hard Things" is a feature documentary that explores the complexities of an Inuit Arctic community (Nunavut, in so-called Canada) holding an LGBTQ pride celebration. The film explores the relationship between colonization and the traditional Inuit beliefs regarding sexuality and family structure.

The screening is open to the community.
