APIDA Appreciation Month

The month of April is Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA) appreciation month. Throughout April there will be several events to celebrate. Wednesday, April 5 is a Noon Music with Katie Scoggin from 12 - 1 p.m. in the Student Cafeteria. Wednesday, April 12 is the Anchorage Public LIbrary Pop Up from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Student Union Cafeteria. Friday, April 14 is Plants and Snacks from 1 - 2:30 p.m. in the Student Union Cafeteria. Also Friday, April 14 is the Being APIDA Affinity Space 4 - 5:30 p.m. in MSS (RH 106). Tuesday, April 18 is BIPOC Karaoke Game night from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Student Union Den. Finally, Tuesday, April 25 is APIDA Drink Social from 12 - 2 p.m. where there will be free Chai and Matcha provided at Seawolf Grounds (first come first serve and there will be a limit so make sure to get there quick).
