Cast your vote for your favorite new concept idea for the 2023 Fall Student Union food offering next to Subway. Please vote by April 28.
- Farmer’s Market or Marketplace – Freshly made salads (add on grilled chicken or salmon), veggie burgers, hummus & pita platter to go, homemade soups, half a sandwich & soup, whole fruits & seasonal whole fruits, healthy smoothies, yogurts, parfaits, freshly cut fruit to go, healthy grab & go food, and seasonal options. This concept can flex and run weekly specials all year long.
- Food Truck – We bring in a local food truck concept on campus to run the space ( Papaya Tree, Yeti Dogs, etc.)
- Ramen – Build your own ramen bowl (vegan broth, wheat, or rice noodles). Chicken, pork, or tofu as a protein. Fresh veggies.
- Pho – Build your Pho Bowl with beef or vegan broth, chicken and/or beef. Fresh Veggies, all the fixings, and sauces.
- Wings & Comfort – Chicken wings (any style) or tenders ( garlic parm, buffalo, etc.), Loaded Tater Tots, Build your own Loaded Baked Potatoes, Gourmet Hot Dogs, and other comfort food options.
- Korean Tacos - Chicken, Beef Bulgogi or Tofu with Asian slaw, in a wrap and topped with a fresh creamy garlic aioli.
