With the mission to improve the quality of lives for people who experience disabilities and their families through interdisciplinary training, technical assistance, exemplary service development, applied research and dissemination of information, the Center for Human Development (CHD) is a hub for training and technical assistance across Alaska. The CHD ECHO Program supports tele-education programs for a variety of professionals audiences including healthcare, allied health, public health, and social service providers.
