Student Organization Services seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a fiscal technician. In this role, you will provide financial support to student organizations on campus and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. The successful applicant would work daily with students and help support their organization’s success!

Responsibilities:
Provide financial support to student organizations, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
Monitor and ensure compliance with University financial policies and procedures, and provide guidance to student organizations on financial matters
Coordinate the collection and management of student organization financial records and reports
Work closely with student organization leaders to develop and monitor budgets, and provide support for fundraising and grant applications
Serve as a liaison between student organizations and University departments to resolve financial issues and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience with financial record keeping, accounting, and bookkeeping practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
