Job opening: Maintenance Service Worker 2 - Summer Custodial Assistant Temp 2023

This is a University of Alaska Local 6070 union represented position and is open to internal and external applicants. Campus Services is actively recruiting for summer custodial assistants for the residential community. Campus Services is responsible for all business and facility aspects of UAA's residential campus in UAA's residential community. This includes 18 residential and non-residential buildings across campus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform a variety of custodial duties to ensure exceptional in-house custodial service. Must be focused on customer service and committed to providing our students and guests with an attractive, clean, and healthy educational environment. This position is under frequent supervision and will receive assignments with detailed instructions. Progress will be checked regularly.
