The UAA/ISU Doctor of Pharmacy Program is creating a memorial garden on the UAA campus to remember Chris Jackson. We are offering the opportunity for friends, colleagues and loved ones to personalize an engraved paver for the memorial garden.

There are 22 pavers available for personalized engraving:

• 6 available for premium placement at $250 each
• 16 available for regular placement at $100 each
• Students may purchase a regular placement paver for $50

There is limited time and space for engraved pavers. All orders are due by June 30. A dedication ceremony for the garden is being planned for Fall 2023. To order an engraved paver please follow the link below and fill out an order form. Once the order form is completed, you will be contacted with your payment options. Funding received will be used to pay for the paver, engraving, shipping costs, and support of the UAA Pharmacy Program. Your gift will be receipted by the University of Alaska Foundation and is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
