The Ted Stevens Legislative Internship

by Green & Gold News  |

Student applications, including letters of recommendation, for the Ted Stevens Legislative Internship are due Oct. 31.

Undergraduate students in any major program are eligible to apply. Third and fourth-year students are especially encouraged to consider the program.

Interns work side-by-side with legislators in Juneau during the Spring semester, earn 12 credits and usually are paid a stipend that defrays travel and living expenses.

For more information, please contact the Ted Stevens Legislative Internship coordinator at UAA, Prof. Forrest Nabors in the Department of Political Science, fanabors@alaska.edu.
