Your Voice Matters! In our ongoing efforts to build a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees across the University of Alaska (UA) system, UA Human Resources invites you to complete an annual Employee Experience Survey. Your voice is essential for our continuous improvement and informed decision-making at all levels of the University, and for celebrating what we do well.

Benefited faculty and staff employees hired on or before October 31, 2023, will receive an email invitation on November 21, 2023, with a unique link to the survey. The email will be sent from the Qualtrics survey platform (UA Employee Feedback from experience@feedback.alaska.edu), with the subject, “Invitation: UA Employee Experience Survey.” This link is unique to you; please do not share it with others. Gmail may flag this Qualtrics email as a phishing attempt, but the email is legitimate. 

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes and your responses are confidential. After the survey closes, the results will be shared with university leaders and the university community, as well as on our UA Employee Experience Feedback website.
