Student and staff seats are still available for IGNITE: Individual Growth & New Ideas Through EPSCoR/INBRE, a free, annual professional development workshop organized by Alaska EPSCoR and Alaska INBRE. At this time, faculty who register for IGNITE will be waitlisted.
IGNITE offers inspiring keynote speakers and practical, targeted tracks for undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and faculty. Session topics include grant writing, giving effective presentations, budgeting, science communication, career paths, faculty promotion and tenure, mentoring and publishing.
IGNITE will take place in Anchorage, Jan. 8-9, 2024, at the Hotel Captain Cook.
The deadline to register for IGNITE is Dec. 11, 202. Seats are filling up fast, however, so register now!
