Important Mailroom, Surplus, Recycling, and Copy & Print Center Information for UAA departments!

UAA Surplus & Relocation Services will be unavailable Dec. 22, 2023 - Jan. 8, 2024.

Dec. 20 (Wednesday) GSS will be closed 11 a.m.—1:30 p.m. All mail routes completed as usual.

Dec. 22 (Friday) GSS will close at 1 p.m.

If you are expecting mail/packages and are on an afternoon route, please call to confirm it has been received and it can be picked up from the Mailroom between 10 a.m.—12 p.m. All outgoing FedEx envelopes/packages must be received by 10:30 a.m. in order to go out that day. Please come early! No afternoon mail routes on Dec. 22.
