The Feb. 15 deadline for scholarship application submissions is fast approaching. To better serve our stakeholders, the University of Alaska Foundation is offering open trainings during the month of January and February to help make the scholarship selection a smoother process.

Our goal is to assist the universities in meeting their selection deadlines by the end of March. To achieve this goal, it is important for everyone to understand how to use the scholarship management platform, Kaleidoscope. We strongly encourage all selection chairs and/or scholarship administrators to attend a session. After attending we will open the available scholarships for review to all committee members.

We are offering four training sessions via Zoom per week. Please sign up for a session through the links below.

Mondays from Jan. 15 - March 4, 2024, 12 p.m.

Tuesdays from Jan. 16 - March 5, 2024, 2 p.m.

Thursdays from Jan. 11 to March 7, 2024, 10 a.m.

Fridays from Jan. 12 to March 8, 2024, 3 p.m.
