TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is looking to hire five peer mentors for the Summer Bridge program. As a peer mentor you will be an integral piece of the program aiding incoming first-year students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed at UAA. Student workers for TRIO SSS must be self-motivated, work well as a part of a team and independently, have great social skills and be comfortable working with a diverse student population and above all be passionate about student success. This position will be full-time June 24-Aug. 2 and pay is $20/hour. There is a possibility of continuing through the school year at a reduced schedule depending on fit and need.
