Join the Buddy Program: Be a Peer Guide for a New Employee!

As part of the onboarding experience at UAA, the Employee Experience Department hosts an optional buddy program for new employees. This program pairs an existing employee with a new employee to welcome them to campus and help them build a sense of community. Peer guide volunteers are essential to the program!

Interested in being a peer guide? We're looking for staff who want to help new colleagues feel connected and supported as they start at UAA. The commitment is just once a month for six months and is flexible to fit both of your schedules. The relationship is intended to be peer-to-peer and casual.
