IT Welcome Desk closed Fri. May 31, 2024 – limited support available

UAA IT Services’ front office and welcome desk in the Social Sciences Building (SSB) will be closed Friday, May 31, so IT staff can attend UAA’s Staff Appreciation Day.
Plan ahead and pick up any computers being serviced on Thursday, before the weekend. The IT Welcome Desk will have a brief window for computer pick-ups on Friday, May 31 from 4 - 5 p.m.
Limited tech support will be available through the Technical Support Center at 907-786-4646 from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Self-service support is available 24-7 at the UAA Service Portal and Knowledge Base.
