Mailroom Counter Adjusted Hours

Please note the UAA Mailroom Counter will have adjusted hours May 16 — May 31, 2024.

Due to a staffing shortage and the need to prioritize campus mail route service, the UAA Mailroom counter will have limited hours during this time.

Adjusted Counter Hours

Counter will be open for customer service/mailing out/pick ups on the following days and times only:

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays:
    • 8:30 a.m.— 12 p.m. 
    • 2:30 p.m.— 5 p.m.
  • Wednesdays:
    • 10:30 a.m.— 12 p.m.
    • 2:30 p.m. — 5 p.m.

If you need to pick up a package, please stop by during these hours only so the team can assist you.

Mailroom Closures

Upcoming Mailroom (General Support Services) closures (no mail routes/service these days):

  • Monday, May 27—UAA Holiday/Memorial Day Observed
  • Friday, May 31—Full GSS Closure for Employee Appreciation Day participation.
