We have been notified of an issue where the “Zoom Meetings” desktop application is no longer visible on UAA Windows computers. This occurrence is due to an unforeseen modification that has resulted in the application being renamed to “Zoom Workplace.”
Immediate Solution
The application can be reinstalled via the “Software Center." Please utilize the Windows Search feature located at the bottom of your screen to find “Software Center". Then find "Zoom Workplace" and double click, then choose install. Call the Technical Support Desk if you need assistance. (907) 786-4646, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
