Office of the Bursar Closed Aug. 7-8

The UAA Office of the Bursar will be closed Wednesday, Aug. 7 and Thursday Aug. 8 for staff training. Staff will check emails periodically throughout the day to respond to student inquiries.

UAA's aviation program awarded $50,000 in scholarships from Atlas Air Worldwide

Atlas' $50,000 donation to UAA will fund seven scholarships to help offset education costs for students pursuing careers in the aviation industry. The needs-based scholarships will help expand opportunities for students while addressing critical workforce shortages.

The two-week expedition, completed with five students and two instructors, underscored the college’s focus on applying outdoor skills and teamwork in real-world settings.
