Information Technology Services August Training Schedule

Important Notice: Limited Support from the Technical Support Center (TSC) from Aug. 6-9
Most of the ITS TSC will be attending a training session from Aug. 6 - 9, 2024. During this period, our business hours will change to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that staffing to answer support calls will be limited during the training hours as follows:
- Aug. 6-8, 2024: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Aug. 9, 2024: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
As a result, contacting the TSC may take longer than usual, and hold times may increase. We recommend using the UAA Service Portal.
We will follow up on any messages as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
