The Department of Theatre & Dance, in partnership with Perseverance Theatre and the College of Arts and Sciences, is hosting a UAA night for the upcoming performance of "The Great Leap."

Join us at either the Anchorage Campus or Kenai River Campus for a potluck lunch! In the spirit of the day, bring your favorite pie (pizza, dessert, or savory) to share. Or, bring any other favorite recipe you know we will love. RSVP to attend to help us know how many to plan for. We will have door prizes!

Join the College of Business of Public Policy Thursday, March 9 at 6 p.m. at the Writer's Block Cafe for Economics After Hours. Alex James, associate professor of economics will discuss some common errors people make and use examples to highlight the power of experimentation with applications in health care, charitable giving, criminal justice and beyond.

The UAA Health Promotion Team and Student Activities has partnered to provide a Wellness Wagon on campus that will travel twice weekly through the spine starting in Rasmuson Hall Lobby and ending in the Consortium Library.

Visit with faculty from over 20 graduate degrees and certificate programs to learn why graduate school is for you. Need spring break plans? We got you! Watch a scary movie in MSS, Wednesday, March 15, 1-4 p.m. in Rasmuson Hall, Room 106, in our cozy space! The movie "Us" is Rated-R and written and directed by Jordan Peele. We'll be in onesies and PJs — wear yours if you'd like! MSS will provide food and popcorn.

Join the UAA Graduate School Thursday, March 9, from 12-1 p.m. in the Lyla Richards Conference Room for a professional development workshop to learn what is commonly expected of a graduate school application and ways to strengthen it for a successful outcome.

Join the Office of Student Affairs, Department of Residence Life, Enrollment Services and more to discuss the re-invented Seawolf Summer Bridge Program for Summer 2023. SSB23 provides incoming freshmen the opportunity to live on campus for a 5-week period during the summer to experience that "real college experience" prior to their Fall enrollment(s).

Gain hands on experience doing research important to Alaska. This internship is for Summer 2023 and students will test scientific hypotheses using data acquired from drones and processed with machine learning.
