I am writing today with the latest information in our budget reduction planning for fiscal year ’21. UAA is facing an $11.8 million reduction overall.

Each year, the UAA Summer Engineering Academies offers students grades three through 12 in Anchorage and the Mat-Su a variety of week-long, engineering-themed camps. Each academy is designed to encourage interest and provide a hands-on, unique educational experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, also known as STEM.

A new course, “Cold, Flu and Transmissible Illness Prevention,” has been added to the MyUA course library. You can access it through your UA Online account, by scrolling down to Employee E-learning.
