Procurement Services 103: Regulations & Guidelines
Purpose
To provide a list of rules, policies and guidelines that governs the conduct of purchasing activity
Policy
The policies in this manual have been developed in accordance with the requirements of Alaska State Statutes, Board of Regent’s Policies and Regulations. If a procurement involves an expenditure of federal funds, federal regulations may take precedent over Board of Regent’ Policy and Regulations. The Uniform Commercial Code, IRS guidelines and contract law may also apply to some procurement situations. Applicable regulations, guidelines and the specific links to them are listed as follows:

- Conflict of Interest: Alaska Statute 39.52 and Board of Regents Policy 04.10.030
