CRLC Seminar Series
The UAA College of Engineering Computer Science & Engineering Department welcomes faculty, staff, students and community members to join them for The Computational Research Leadership Council (CRLC) Seminar Series at UAA. The CRLC Seminar Series is a collaborative effort between Sustainable Horizons Institute and seven Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratories. The goal of the seminar series is to connect with academic institutions serving underrepresented students and provide opportunities to learn about innovative DOE research internships. Seminar topics include a wide array of computational and data sciences and are targeted to students at different stages of their academic careers. During the Q&A reception, attendees are able to meet the scientists and ask them questions about their research, their experience working at a national lab, and their professional or personal journey.
Seminars will be held in either the Engineering & Industry Building (EIB), 2900 Spirit Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508, or the Engineering and Computation Building (ECB), 3310 UAA Drive, and online. Registration is required to attend these seminars.
