Application Procedure
Department Application Requirements
1. Apply for admission to the University. Students must be considered degree seeking at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
Please declare your Major as Fire and Emergency Services during the admissions process.
2. Take UAA-approved English and Math placement exam(s).
3. Meet with an academic advisor to develop an academic plan and learn more about
the fire and emergency services program.
