UAA is holding a community listening session focused on UAA’s expedited program review and administrative review on Wednesday, March 11, 6–7:30 p.m. in Lucy Cuddy Hall. A call-in option is now available. Participants will have the opportunity to provide two minutes of testimony. Thirty-five teams of alumni and friends gathered for the annual Nine in the Spine mini-golf tournament on Feb. 26. Teams played on two courses designed by student clubs and university organizations, stretching from the Cuddy Quad to the Alumni Center. A Winterfest tradition, this year's event raised nearly $6,000 for the UAA Alumni General Support Fund.

Alina Shen always dreamed of working in health care. After high school, she still wasn’t sure what path she should take, but a chance meeting with an advisor sparked her interest in dentistry. Now she’s taking her first big step toward her future career: earning a dental assisting certificate at UAA.
